Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead and develop innovative recruiting strategies that support our hiring needs across China and the broader APAC region. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, talent advisory, and partnership with business leaders to drive a data‑driven hiring culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute recruiting strategies for China and APAC.
• Conduct active sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates for open positions.
• Define end‑to‑end recruitment approaches for critical roles aligned with corporate vision.
• Build trust‑based relationships with leadership, hiring managers, HR and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Champion corporate culture (PBM) within the hiring process to transform recruitment practices.
• Design flexible recruitment solutions using in‑house and outsourced models and own outcomes.
• Act as a Talent Advisor, providing insights and advisory to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Passion for complex recruiting problem‑solving and stakeholder coaching.
• Extensive recruiting/sourcing experience with proven business impact.
• Experience designing recruitment strategies for critical positions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work closely with top leadership stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to drive transformation based on data.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel ad‑hoc within and outside China as needed.
