Senior Recruiter, APAC – Supply Chain

About the role

Quince is seeking a Senior Recruiter for its APAC supply‑chain function. The role will lead end‑to‑end hiring for non‑technical positions across multiple countries, partnering closely with senior leaders to build high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for supply‑chain and related roles in the APAC region.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft clear job descriptions and align on hiring criteria.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent‑pool analysis and hiring recommendations to regional leaders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, metrics and reporting in line with Quince’s analytics‑driven approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for non‑technical roles across several APAC markets.
• Deep understanding of local talent landscapes and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment on hiring standards and ability to manage high‑visibility, fast‑paced searches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
