Senior Product Manager – Clinical & Scientific Engagement

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead stakeholder engagement and drive strategic development for the clinical department, focusing on scientific leaders, healthcare professionals, and disease‑education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deep‑dive stakeholder insights across scientific leaders, clinical HCPs and online HCPs using multiple channels.
• Develop and execute scientific‑leader engagement plans, cultivate advocates, and manage national speaker and campaign programs.
• Create and implement the clinical department’s strategic and executive plan with clear objectives, KPIs, and drive execution excellence.
• Organise peer‑to‑peer education events and develop celebrity HCPs for disease education.
• Lead customer engagement activities for core clinical department initiatives and support national innovation programmes when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 4 years hands‑on experience in central marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medicine or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• New department development experience and national innovation programme management experience preferred.
