Senior Marketing Specialist – APAC (China)

About the role

Join a global leader in renewable materials as a Senior Specialist in Marketing for the APAC region, focusing on China. You will work within the global Marketing, Sustainability and Communications team to create customer‑centric campaigns and support the commercial growth of UPM Pulp.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of the APAC marketing strategy with a focus on China, driving customer engagement and business growth.
• Develop and execute B2B events and digital marketing initiatives, coordinating with global, regional and commercial teams.
• Plan and run high‑profile customer and trade events each year in an organized manner.
• Support the creation and rollout of specific marketing campaigns and tools, managing related data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of B2B marketing, digital marketing and event experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B communications and marketing channels in China.
• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and digitally savvy with proven project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to work under pressure.
