Senior Manager Training

About the role

The Senior Manager Training will join adidas' Digital Operations team, which serves consumers across major e‑commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin, Red and the .com ecosystem. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role will promote adidas’ heritage while pioneering AI‑driven simulation methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and ensure clear, user‑friendly communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly training plans aligned with product assortment and store priorities.
• Participate in workflow discussions to continuously improve service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Conduct Training‑the‑Trainer (TTT) sessions for outsourced vendors, covering product knowledge, sales skills, soft skills and store operations.
• Define new‑hire and on‑job training programs, set team KPIs and monitor performance.
• Leverage AI technologies and collaborate with external partners to optimise training tools and streamline customer service processes.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive, accurate CS knowledge base by verifying sources and working with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of training experience, including management of third‑party vendors.
• Strong ability to deliver training and create engaging courseware.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Team‑management experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Video editing capabilities for creating training content.
