Senior Logistic Planner – Manufacturing

About the role

As a Senior Logistic Planner you will be responsible for end‑to‑end production and material planning within assigned value streams, ensuring smooth material flow and supporting Bosch’s manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own production and material planning for assigned value streams, ensuring supplier delivery performance and raw material availability.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels (raw material, work‑in‑process, consignment stock) and secure production plan adherence while minimising premium freight.
• Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA LOP/LOM modules, leading logistics‑related digital transformation projects.
• Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and manage project scope, timeline, risk and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement through PDCA, develop KPI transparency, lead improvement task forces and support logistics strategy and system roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
• Fluent English.
