Senior Key Account Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager you will lead the EMP e‑commerce channel, rebuilding it into a stable, profitable and brand‑healthy growth engine. You will own key customer relationships, negotiate annual terms and drive joint business plans that balance commercial growth with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel plans aligned with business priorities and growth opportunities.
• Build strong joint business plans with key marketplace customers and maintain productive relationships.
• Lead business reviews, shape channel strategies and ensure scalable ways of working.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams to launch promotions and new products.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a customer business, P&L responsibility and formal business planning.
• Ability to translate digital retail trends into actionable customer strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset to connect performance drivers with long‑term value creation.
