Senior Key Account Manager (Consumer IC)

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will lead the development and management of domestic and overseas key customers for consumer integrated circuits. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute key account business strategies for major customers such as HW, Honor, DJI and module OEM suppliers.
• Identify new market opportunities, collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create demand, and provide early‑stage roadmap input.
• Maintain strong partnerships from executive to operational levels, coordinating internal functions to support customer operations and problem‑solving.
• Deliver timely status, business and project reports to management and R&D, and assist in defining Go‑to‑Market strategies for assigned regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical background.
• Minimum 5 years of key account management or FAE experience in consumer ICs (ToF, smartphone, camera, CMOS image sensor, ambient light sensor).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
