Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head our China finance function. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance and business partnering within a fast‑paced global technology organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations for China, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and tax compliance.
• Oversee and develop the local finance team, ensuring operational discipline and capability growth.
• Drive month‑end close activities, journal entries, GL reviews and balance‑sheet reconciliations in line with statutory, tax and group reporting requirements.
• Support the Head of Finance with monthly and quarterly management reporting for local and APAC stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and regulatory submissions with auditors and advisors.
• Lead continuous process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA or ACCA highly preferred.
• Broad finance experience covering accounting, internal controls, FP&A or hybrid roles.
• Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
