Senior Engineer – Partner Network Management (Greater China)

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Partner Network Management will lead the strategic planning, development and optimisation of third‑party air network capacity across Asia‑Pacific, with a focus on Greater China. Acting as the bridge between network planning, airline partners, operations, procurement and commercial teams, the role ensures partner solutions deliver reliability, flexibility and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and recommend airline, charter, interline and other transportation partners to meet evolving network requirements.
• Develop market‑specific capacity strategies supporting growth, customer demand and operational resilience.
• Conduct network analyses to select optimal partners based on performance, capacity, transit times and cost.
• Lead partner onboarding, contract implementation and operational integration from concept to launch.
• Support long‑term planning initiatives such as new market launches, network expansion, contingency planning and seasonal capacity adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously refine the network and improve service quality.

Required profile

• 0–10 years of experience in air network planning, logistics, operations research or related fields.
• Business fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of airline operations.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
