Senior Content Specialist - DBOR Transformation

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Senior Content Specialist to join its DBOR Transformation programme. The role shapes the future operating model, data workflows and tooling capabilities of Content Operations, working closely with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations teams. It sits at the intersection of AI, automation and product-led transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Content Infrastructure Owners to turn strategic requirements into operational solutions
• Identify and implement AI, automation and agent-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality and scalability
• Define, document and maintain operating models, process documentation and operational standards
• Support data modelling by documenting business rules, workflows, dependencies and requirements, and assess the impact of proposed changes
• Lead business testing and validation, and facilitate knowledge transfer on new tools
• Gather user feedback and identify improvements to adoption and effectiveness
• Analyse data sources, lineage, business rules and processing logic to support DBOR design and optimisation
• Act as a trusted advisor during solution deployment and adoption, and build relationships across Content Operations, Product and Engineering

Required profile

• Experience delivering business, operational, data or technology transformation initiatives
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements and operating models, and supporting technology implementations or operational change programmes
• Ability to analyse complex problems and work across business and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change-management skills

Required skills

• Business analysis, process improvement and analytical skills
• Understanding of data models, technology architectures and system workflows
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL or low-code platforms
• Desirable: financial services, market data, data management or content operations background, data governance and quality knowledge, and Agile or product-led delivery experience
