Senior / Associate Auditor (Nanjing)

About the role

A growing international firm is looking for zealous and aspiring individuals to join its Nanjing office as Senior or Associate auditors. You will work closely with team members and under the guidance of your superiors on audit engagements, including planning, performing and concluding them, while working closely with clients and managing their expectations to nurture ongoing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review audit documentation for corporate governance and financial reporting
• Execute assigned engagement-related tasks in compliance with professional standards
• Propose resolutions to significant accounting and auditing issues
• Review information accompanying the assurance report in accordance with the applicable framework

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience for the Associate role, 2 to 5 years for the Senior role; candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
