Senior Account Manager – Taste Division (China)

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager in the Taste Division, you will shape long‑term partnerships with strategic customers across China. You will combine global expertise with local market insight to drive growth in savory, sweet, and beverage categories.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic key accounts, building strong, long‑term partnerships with local customers.
• Lead and execute China key‑account plans aligned with global, regional, and local strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, supply chain, quality, and customer‑care teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Identify commercial opportunities, manage pricing and margins, and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Support business development by onboarding new customers aligned with the growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a sales or key‑account manager in the flavor or food‑related industry.
• Hands‑on experience managing local key accounts and building long‑term customer partnerships.
• Strong commercial and market understanding of savory, sweet, and beverage applications.
• Background in an international company or a leading local flavor house.
• Customer‑centric, results‑driven mindset with high integrity, ownership, and accountability.
