Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Search Marketing Specialist will lead paid and organic search initiatives across major Chinese and global platforms. You will design full‑funnel strategies to boost brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Baidu, Bing, 360 and third‑party networks.
• Develop full‑funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to improve campaign performance.
• Analyse data, derive insights and make data‑driven decisions using PowerBI and Excel dashboards.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring timely delivery within allocated spend.
• Lead SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and GEO optimisation for platforms such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Doubao.
• Collaborate with product, design, BI, and content teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on paid marketing experience in the consumer space.
• Proven track record planning and executing campaigns on Baidu, Bing and 360.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially with Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
