About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Seamstress to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating sewing machines, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting various factory duties.

Key responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines for graphics, alterations, and repairs while meeting quality standards.
• Work with diverse fabrics and materials according to production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular equipment cleaning.
• Assist with shop floor cleaning to uphold health and safety standards.
• Support inventory management, stock organization, and light administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and related equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness.
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in taking on varied tasks.
