Sales Training Specialist – Electrical Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive sales training system for our electrical automation business. The role will support field sales, channel partners and key‑account teams, ensuring they have the product knowledge and selling skills needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the sales training framework, including competency models, curriculum structures, learning paths and assessment tools.
• Design training programmes covering product knowledge, industry solutions, sales processes, negotiation, channel management and key‑account selling.
• Plan and execute national training activities such as onboarding, product enablement, quarterly capability upgrades and regional workshops.
• Collaborate with product, technical and sales teams to capture best practices and create standardised training materials (presentations, case studies, scripts, videos, etc.).
• Manage training resources, coordinate internal and external trainers, control budgets, arrange venues and maintain LMS/online learning platforms.
• Measure training effectiveness, collect feedback, analyse results and continuously improve the learning experience.
• Provide customised sales enablement support and facilitate community‑based learning and university‑enterprise initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, sales operations or sales enablement.
• Familiarity with sales processes, competency modelling and course design.
• Solid knowledge of electrical automation products and markets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure.
• Good oral and written English communication skills; bilingual in Chinese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the MS Office suite.
• Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
