Sales Support & Facilities Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support & Facilities Lead to provide administrative and facilities support for our China office, reporting to the VP – Sales, Greater China. The role ensures smooth office operations, coordinates meetings and events across the region, and manages visitor reception for global guests.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate meetings for the China region, including management meetings, sales conferences and employee town halls.
• Arrange meeting venues, equipment, catering, on‑site support and capture meeting minutes.
• Plan cross‑regional and cross‑departmental meeting schedules to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in organising employee activities, team‑building events, annual galas and other corporate culture events.
• Track event budgets and manage vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee daily office administration and operational support.
• Manage office environment, facilities and fixed assets to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Handle office supplies procurement, inventory management and administrative cost control.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors such as property management, cleaning and security services.
• Support office relocation, renovation and workspace optimisation projects.
• Manage global visitor reception and itinerary coordination for guests from headquarters and overseas teams.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience supporting senior management and handling office facilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
