Sales Supervisor – Standard Surfactants (South China)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor for Standard Surfactants in South China will lead customer relationships, drive sales growth, and support business development initiatives. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets while providing market intelligence to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the EMO (Oleo Chemicals & Alcohols) business, including key accounts, dealers, and distributors, to meet sales targets.
• Report sales opportunities in Salesforce at least one month in advance.
• Maximize profitability by ensuring full utilization of assets across the Asia Pacific region.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships through regular visits, needs analysis, and timely technical support.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, pricing, and regulatory teams to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee order processing, demand forecasting, and accurate execution of deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and supply‑chain issues efficiently.
• Consolidate market data, analyze customer needs, and identify new sales potentials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the chemicals or surfactants sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market intelligence and forecast demand.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams such as technical support, logistics, and regulatory affairs.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
