Sales Operations Analyst – New Graduate (Shanghai)

About the role

The Sales Operations team supports Applied Materials' commercial organization by delivering accurate sales data, reports and insights. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in sales analytics within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales and business reports, dashboards, KPI metrics and revenue numbers.
• Implement new business reports following established frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Train and support end users on accessing reports and related business processes.
• Provide business continuity support for issues related to sales processes, CRM and forecasting.
• Support the Global Business Alignment Process and contribute to BU financial targets and forecasts.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline.
• Applies general business knowledge acquired through education or past experience.
• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for technical contributions and problem solving.
