Sales Director – APAC Mobile Advertising

About the role

Digital Turbine is seeking a Sales Director to lead new‑business development across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for the company’s mobile advertising platform and drive adoption of user‑acquisition campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of the largest app platforms in APAC, delivering consistent prospecting via email and phone.
• Upsell new acquisition campaigns and product suites to expand platform usage.
• Prepare and present strategic proposals that demonstrate analytical rigor and market insight.
• Act as a trusted advisor, cultivating relationships across prospect and client organizations.
• Position Digital Turbine as a core advertising channel alongside social and search.
• Provide accurate forecasts and report new‑business opportunities to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of sales experience with a proven record of pipeline development and quota attainment.
• Self‑starter with high energy, capable of tackling a large addressable market.
• Deep curiosity about clients’ businesses and ability to match solutions to their needs.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and use of sales enablement tools.
• Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, advertising, and measurement.
• Experience selling into large, matrixed organizations and gaining credibility quickly.
• Preferably an existing network in ad‑tech or mobile apps; brand advertising experience is a plus.
