Sales Development Representative

About the role

ADP is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with prospects, conduct extensive research, and deliver compelling online demos to showcase ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and intensive account research.
• Profile leads, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest in ADP products.
• Maintain and expand a prospect database within an assigned territory.
• Present effective online demos and build professional relationships with prospects.
• Generate high‑quality leads with strong fit and low rejection rates.
• Close deals on the call, onboard new clients, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and work toward corporate marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and communicate ADP’s product value proposition.
• Strong internet research skills and proven inside‑sales experience with high call volume.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling a fast‑paced workload.
• Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
