About the role
The Runner (Stock Assistant) supports the Stock Manager in managing the flow of goods in the warehouse and store for the Prada Group. The role ensures product safety, accurate inventory entry, and assists the sales team to maximise sales.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Verify that incoming products are intact and correctly recorded in the IT system.
- Lay out products in the warehouse according to set criteria.
- Prepare items for the sales floor, including anti‑theft tags and price tags.
- Position products on the sales floor as directed.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Prepare goods for repair and register them in the IT system.
- Dispatch goods to clients, factories, other stores or warehouses and prepare related documentation.
- Download and process lists of goods to be sent to other locations.
- Prepare goods for return and ensure proper handling throughout the process.
- Order packaging material according to store needs.
