Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Marco Polo Jinjiang. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn down 12 guest rooms per 8‑hour shift, following hotel policies and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, linen rooms, and housekeeping trolleys.
• Restock rooms, provide turndown service, and ensure universal key safety.
• Report any loss, damage, or maintenance issues promptly to the floor manager or engineering department.
• Handle guest requests courteously, respect “Do Not Disturb” privacy, and address complaints professionally.
• Follow lost‑and‑found procedures and promote Marco Polo products and services.
• Keep all housekeeping equipment in good working condition.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of daily housekeeping operations on a hotel floor.
• Flexibility to work early, night, weekend, and public‑holiday shifts.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and proper room‑cleaning techniques.
