Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare food on the makeline, following Papa John’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and process payments.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and equipment cleaning.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old (18+ for delivery driver positions).
• Availability to work nights and weekends, the busiest periods for the restaurant.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
