The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is seeking a Server for its Mio Restaurant. The role is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests while embodying the brand’s commitment to luxury, genuine hospitality, and continuous personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
• Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment in the restaurant.
• Continuously improve service skills through training and feedback.
