About the role
The Regional Customer Manager will drive sales growth for 3M's EMD Industrial Division across the Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. You will independently cover assigned accounts and territory, applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by managing a portfolio of customers within the designated region.
- Develop and execute territory plans to expand market share.
- Provide periodic updates and seek assistance for complex situations requiring additional expertise.
- Promote 3M’s innovative solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support and uphold the company’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in sales with a record of meeting or exceeding forecasts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
