Recruitment Consultant

About the role

KOS International is seeking energetic Recruitment Consultants for its Guangzhou office. You will act as a 360° business partner, matching talent with client needs across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' hiring requirements and deliver competitive hiring solutions.
• Expand and manage a client portfolio with support from KOS.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for multiple open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive talent pools.
• Utilise job boards, social networks and other platforms to source candidates and craft job descriptions.

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or sales.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Strong judgement, commercial acumen and collaborative spirit.
• Passion for uncovering talent and helping individuals progress in their careers.
