Quality Manager – Supplier & Product Group

About the role

Responsible for overall supplier quality management and product group quality management for the assigned product range, ensuring high‑quality delivery and compliance with Bosch standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement advanced quality management methodologies and tools, overseeing product and process release to assure time‑to‑market product quality.
• Conduct supplier audits (VDA 6.3, lean plant assessment, CSR audit, supplier process release) and manage OEM project quality releases and QZ tests.
• Represent purchasing quality in sourcing decision boards and project review boards.
• Set supplier quality targets, report performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier problem‑solving, risk management, and enablement activities (SE, SQIP, SD) for ongoing quality enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management.
• Solid knowledge of supplier quality processes and methodologies.
• Resilient, proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of working time.

Required skills

• Quality methodologies: 8D, APQP, PPAP.
• VDA 6.3 process auditor certification (2nd or 3rd party).
