About the role
The Quality Inspector ensures that all raw materials, production processes, and finished steel pipes meet the required standards. Working on the shop floor, the inspector conducts systematic checks to guarantee product reliability and compliance with specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of steel pipes, identifying appearance issues and quality defects.
- Verify raw material quality and monitor production processes for adherence to standards.
- Complete detailed inspection records, ensuring accuracy and traceability of data.
- Report any non‑conformities promptly and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure measurement tools are calibrated and functional.
Required profile
- Associate degree or higher, preferably with prior experience in quality inspection.
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and a responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work shifts in a workshop environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using measuring tools for dimensional verification.
