Quality Assurance Manager – Training Centre

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance system of the Airbus Hua‑ou Training Centre in Beijing. The role ensures that all training activities meet Airbus policies, EASA, CAAC, HKCAD and other aviation authority requirements, while supporting continuous improvement of training quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the quality system, monitor compliance, and follow up corrective actions and findings.
• Coordinate with Airbus Central Quality, ATO, MTO and FSTD compliance managers to obtain and maintain aviation authority approvals.
• Act as the primary contact for local aviation authorities and track regulatory changes.
• Lead internal and external audits, provide official responses, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Maintain and update management manuals, training specifications and other relevant documentation.
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement of training processes.
• Support the global Quality Audit Plan and participate in business travel across China and Europe.

Required profile

• Professional experience in aviation quality assurance, regulatory compliance or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of EASA, CAAC, HKCAD and other aviation authority regulations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external regulators.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Required skills

• Understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, CAAC, HKCAD).
• Experience with quality management systems and audit processes.
• Familiarity with Airbus training policies and procedures.
