职位概况
我们正在寻找具备药品生产质量保证经验的QA工程师（QC），负责实验室现场管理与质量体系维护，确保产品符合GMP及FDA要求。
主要职责
- 负责实验室现场管理及日常巡检，确保设施运行正常。
- 核查文件和记录，维护质量文件的完整性。
- 维护实验室现场质量体系，推动体系持续改进。
- 跟踪偏差、OOS/OOT事件并落实纠正预防措施。
任职要求
- 2-5年药品生产质量QA工作经验，有蛋白质药物或QC经验者优先。
- 熟悉GMP规范，参与过FDA或GMP认证项目。
必备技能
- GMP规范执行与审计经验。
- FDA审计或GMP认证经验。
- OOS/OOT事件分析与处理能力。
