Project Manager – Manufacturing (Shanghai)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering manufacturing projects for Bosch Group in Shanghai. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, adhering to Time‑to‑Market processes, and coordinating resources across international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project and cross‑functional team to achieve defined objectives, ensuring timely delivery in line with the TTM process.
• Define project category, type, and appropriate management approach (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile) based on complexity and requirements.
• Develop and maintain the project management plan, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
• Drive execution, coordinate resources, and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Make timely decisions, escalating issues beyond authority to the Project Sponsor or Steering Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural competence with international teams.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short‑term assignments.
