Project Manager – Inverter Project (Shanghai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of an eMotor control product for our inverter line in Shanghai. The role involves coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while meeting budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development project for the eMotor control product, managing scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Drive quotation projects to secure order intake by defining technical solutions, cost structures and industrialisation plans.
• Monitor project milestones against internal and customer processes, taking corrective actions for any deviations or claims.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation and reports for various audience levels.
• Engage with customers to uncover business opportunities and gather product insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a background in high‑voltage electronics and mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing automotive projects.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to remove barriers and lead teams toward solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including indirect reporting.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
