Project Manager – Home Comfort

About the role

As the overall project leader for Bosch Home Comfort time‑to‑market initiatives, you will drive the delivery of new products and solutions that improve comfort and energy efficiency for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the project team at steering committee meetings and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including escalation handling and problem‑solving.
• Lead the project team to meet KPI targets and maintain configuration management of project documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.
• Proactively address unexpected issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Organise project meetings, milestone reviews and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in home appliances.
• Experience in automotive or air‑conditioning projects is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders in an intercultural environment.
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency.
