Project Manager for Print Installation Projects

About the role

ABC Imaging is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑format print installation projects for high‑end retail and corporate clients worldwide. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute print installation projects at client sites globally.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage installation schedules, workforce deployment and logistics.
• Oversee site surveys, installation readiness and field execution planning.
• Track project budgets, cost controls and profitability targets.
• Ensure installations meet safety standards, quality expectations and client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Installation Project Manager, preferably in large‑format printing, signage or visual communications.
• Strong understanding of installation workflows, site logistics and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
