Project Manager – Cross‑Functional Team Lead

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver system program objectives within a medical‑device manufacturing environment. You will report directly to the PMO leader and work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Create and clarify a clear project charter in agreement with the system project manager.
• Plan and manage schedule, activities, resources, quality, risk and communication.
• Establish formal and informal communication mechanisms, organise steering meetings and assign follow‑up tasks.
• Define constraints, identify conflicting resources and manage risks.
• Budget each project phase and control subsystem costs, from prototype to volume production.
• Coordinate risk identification, mitigation and reporting to management.
• Participate in product quality planning, monitoring and compliance with process and regulatory standards.
• Develop breakdown procedures and guidelines to foster cross‑functional teamwork.
• Report project status regularly to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, development or a related field, preferably in the medical‑device industry.
• Strong knowledge of product development procedures.
• Fluent English for daily work.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
