Project Manager – Automotive Body-in-White

About the role
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of automotive Body-in-White (BIW) projects, ensuring technical, schedule and commercial targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Define project structure, develop detailed plans and maintain supply/service packages regarding cost, schedule and quality.
- Chair the core project team, coordinate with customers, departmental coordinators and report progress to the steering committee or project sponsor.
- Ensure documented communication, compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards, and manage changes, non‑conformities and third‑party negotiations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the BIW (Body-in-White) industry.
- Reliable, proactive, determined, empathic, courageous and curious.
- Good teamwork and leadership skills, with international work exposure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS‑Office products.
- Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
