Product/Test Engineer

About the role

NXP is looking for a Product/Test Engineer for its 2027 Campus in Tianjin. The role supports new product introduction and test engineering activities, working closely with design, manufacturing and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to new product introduction or test engineering by preparing data, running evaluations and documenting results.
• Assist with setup, qualification, troubleshooting and coordination of technical tasks across teams.
• Work with design, manufacturing and quality teams to enable readiness and issue resolution.
• Maintain test plans, reports and engineering records for project visibility.
• Support smooth development execution, technical learning and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework or student competitions is a plus.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing and technical documentation.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Good written and spoken English.
