Production Unit Manager

About the role
Develop and coordinate the production unit, ensuring short‑ to mid‑term goals and customer expectations are met. Drive continuous improvement and support new product development while maintaining safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance and output of the unit, including financial results and target achievement.
- Set, monitor and follow up unit targets derived from factory‑level goals.
- Lead safety, quality (Q‑system), delivery, and cost initiatives.
- Standardize work, maintain SOPs, and conduct audits according to ALPS.
- Support supplier development, problem‑solving, and continuous‑improvement projects such as Lean Six Sigma and 5S.
- Participate in operational planning, costing updates, and supply‑chain process implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of leadership and management experience.
- 5‑10 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Proven project work experience using improvement tools.
