Production Team Member – Rotational Molding

About the role

We are expanding our Rotational Molding Department to meet growing demand. As a Production Team Member you will work on machines that coat molds with plastic, producing finished parts that are packaged directly after each cycle. No prior experience is required – we provide the training you need.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotational molding equipment during scheduled shifts.
• Observe cycle times and ensure plastic parts are properly formed.
• Package finished plastic components promptly after each cycle.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the production floor.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to work full‑time hours (8:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday‑Thursday).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and placement assessment.
• Interest in steady, entry‑level manufacturing work.
