Production Team Leader

About the role

The Production Team Leader will drive safety, quality, and delivery excellence on the shop floor. Reporting into operations management, this role ensures that production plans are executed efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring full compliance with EHS requirements and leading initiatives to achieve zero incidents.
• Maintain product quality excellence through strict adherence to standards, proactive defect prevention, and right‑first‑time performance.
• Execute production plans by optimizing manpower, equipment, and materials to meet delivery, cost, and customer commitments.
• Lead productivity and cost‑improvement projects using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to eliminate waste.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering engagement, accountability, and alignment with Danaher Core Values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or shop‑floor management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with experience applying Lean or DBS tools.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in English for reporting and system usage.
