Production Operator – Metal Packaging

About the role

Crown Beverage Cans Ziyang Limited is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to run and monitor metal packaging production lines. The role ensures safe, efficient machine operation while maintaining high‑quality output and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to keep machines running optimally.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any defects or deviations.
• Load and unload materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety policies, including the use of PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues immediately.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably operating machinery.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
