Production Operator – Assembly & Testing

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on the shop floor assembling, testing, and packaging mechanical products while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package mechanical products according to specifications.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Implement on‑site 5S practices to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Complete production support documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Junior high school education or higher with basic English and computer proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality awareness and steady work habits.
• Good learning and comprehension abilities.
