Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

As a Production Manager at Bosch Group in Changzhou, you will lead and develop high‑performance manufacturing teams to meet stringent SQCD targets. You will drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and ensure a safe, efficient, and stable production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production, material, and quality teams to achieve SQCD performance goals.
• Drive value‑stream activities such as System CIP, point CIP, and daily leadership routines.
• Plan human resources and improve productivity based on business needs.
• Foster a CIP culture and build a stable, high‑performing production team.
• Manage workshop operations, 5S, delivery, and overall productivity.
• Coach problem‑solving methods (Poka‑Yoke, PDCA, 8D, A3) in daily work.
• Optimize material flow, layout, and WIP to reduce costs.
• Coordinate with SMT and LOP to improve production planning and reduce DIO.
• Lead digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives to boost line performance and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in automotive manufacturing or EMS environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong cooperation, coordination, initiative, and efficiency.
