About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist to drive clinical sales initiatives for specialty physicians. The role focuses on developing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and supporting physicians with product expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
- Contribute to projects, programs, or processes within the Clinical Sales area.
- Integrate methods based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven strategies.
- Advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.
- Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.
Required profile
- Understanding and application of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
- Ability to work with sales incentive and commission structures.
