About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist to help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives that advance Clinical Sales for Specialty Physicians. The role focuses on driving growth, improving competitive positioning, and supporting physicians with product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
- Contribute to projects, programs, or processes within the Clinical Sales area.
- Integrate methods based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven sales and retention strategies.
- Attend to customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.
- Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.
