Product Manager – Guest Engagement

About the role

Otter is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Guest Engagement suite, a set of tools that help restaurants attract, retain and delight diners. You will own the product vision from strategy through execution, shaping features such as discounts, loyalty programs, personalization and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Translate restaurant growth goals into product initiatives that boost acquisition, conversion, frequency and lifetime value.
• Design and iterate core platform capabilities for promotions, loyalty, offers and personalization across multiple channels.
• Run experiments, define holdout groups and measure incremental revenue and engagement.
• Guide cross‑functional teams globally, providing clear product narratives, documentation and review processes.
• Own outcome metrics such as redemption rates, repeat purchase, retention, ROI and campaign performance.
• Communicate strategy, progress and results to global stakeholders through written and verbal updates.
• Identify new opportunities, shape the roadmap and influence investment decisions for the product area.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in growth, marketing technology, loyalty, promotions or personalization.
• Proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, retention or lifetime value.
• Strong experimentation mindset with experience defining hypotheses, success metrics and holdout tests.
• Data‑fluent: able to conduct analysis or collaborate with analysts and data scientists to build segments and performance measurement.
• Excellent product judgment and UX instincts to simplify complex marketing capabilities.
• Strong communicator who can influence cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders in a global organization.
• High standard for written product thinking (PRDs, strategy docs, experiment readouts).
