Product Manager – Car Care (Shanghai)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Car Care portfolio in Shanghai. You will shape multi‑year product strategies, drive commercial success, and act as the voice of the customer for automotive fluids and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi‑year product strategy, including supplier scouting and roadmap definition.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, overseeing introductions and phase‑outs to optimise assortment and profitability.
• Create compelling business cases, define pricing strategies and monitor financial performance.
• Gather market intelligence, analyse competitor activity and translate customer needs into product specifications.
• Lead sustainable packaging development in collaboration with design agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Define and track KPIs such as revenue, market share and profitability to guide decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing or business development, preferably B2B or B2C.
• Specific knowledge of automotive fluids, coolants, additives or car‑care products.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Business‑fluent in Chinese and English.
