职位概况
负责公司产品线的利润表（P&L）规划与关键绩效指标（KPI）管理，支持Power Solutions与Electrified Motion两大业务板块的财务决策。
主要职责
- 制定并跟踪产品线的P&L计划及相关KPI。
- 分析实际业绩与目标的差异，尤其是材料成本偏差，并提出改进措施。
- 对功能活动进行财务量化，为投资、情景分析、买卖决策提供依据。
- 为管理层及业务部门提供财务咨询，支持商业决策。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，财务、经济或国际贸易相关专业。
- 5-6年财务控制或成本核算工作经验。
- 熟悉利润表、产品成本核算及SAP系统。
- 具备良好的分析能力，能够深入挖掘成本根源。
- 具备良好的沟通与影响力，能够主动推动持续改进（CIP）理念。

- SAP系统操作经验
