PR Manager

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a PR Manager to lead earned‑media initiatives for its lifestyle category in Shanghai. Reporting to the Senior PR Manager, you will shape compelling narratives, activate cultural moments and collaborate across functions to amplify product launches and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for lifestyle campaigns, product launches and high‑impact events.
• Identify and leverage culturally relevant moments for product activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and fashion insiders.
• Manage media outreach, pitching and interview opportunities for designers and talent.
• Oversee PR sample management, planning and reporting activities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of PR experience, preferably with retail or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of creating and executing brand PR campaigns that resonate with Chinese audiences.
• Deep understanding of China’s media and social landscape.
• Strong advisory and collaboration abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and results.

Required skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
